Working with labor unions, their industry partners, community groups and local legislators the CWE designs and administers programs that help individuals and strengthen communities. All CWE programs are completely free of charge to the participants, and include:

• Employment preparation for those entering the workforce or changing careers
• English, citizenship and civics for New Americans
• Homeowner and small business seminars
• Promotional education for union workers
